Dundalk Marine Terminal.

This position requires strong leadership and union management experience.

YOU WILL:

• Be responsible for meeting the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage the operations for all terminal warehouse locations, including Proper Cargo stacking, segregation and stowage; observe and communicate procedures; observe safety requirements and ensure compliance.
• Ensure that the facilities are maintained, in terms of housekeeping, and operating procedures are followed.
• Complete warehouse inspections and cycle counts per procedures.
• As required, may perform selected duties of Account Representatives to include issuing/verifying loading authorizations/delivery receipts.

YOU HAVE:

• College Degree in a related industry.
• 2 years warehouse supervisory/management experience; union experience preferred.
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems with operational issues.
• Strong communications skills.
