Réjean Loiselle, CPA, CA, joined Sanexen Environmental Services as Vice President, Finance, immediately following the acquisition of the majority of the shares of Sanexen by Logistec in 1992. At that time, Sanexen had revenues of 4 million dollars; 25 years later revenues reached $ 200 million. As Vice President, Finance, Réjean oversees all administrative and financial operations of the company and its subsidiaries.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal in 1982, Réjean became a chartered accountant in 1984 while working for RCGT. During this period, he participated in various audit mandates such as preparing prospectuses for initial public offering of companies like the Rona Group and Uni-Select. From 1986 to 1992, he was Vice President Finance of Industries John Lewis Ltd., a manufacturer of small wooden items, which exported its products to more than 35 countries around the world.
