Jean-Claude Dugas, CPA, CA, has been Chief Financial Officer of Logistec Corporation. Over twenty years, Jean-Claude has been committed to maximizing long-term shareholder value, ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives, and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency for which, Logistec is known.

In 1982, he completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales. He obtained his C.A. in 1984 while working with KPMG. He holds the designation of CPA, CA since May 2012.
After having successfully fulfilled different accounting positions with various companies such as Building Products of Canada Limited, Esso Petroleum Canada and Automatisation Famic Inc., Mr. Dugas joined Belcourt Inc., an important real estate developer in Montreal, in 1990 as Corporate Controller. In 1995, he took on the role of Corporate Controller with Fonorola, a public traded company in the telecommunications industry. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Dugas was Vice-President and Controller for Westcliff Group a real estate developer active in the province of Quebec. In February 2001, he joined Logistec as Vice-President, Finance.
