Jane Skoblo, CPA, CA, joined the Board of Directors on May 5, 2022. Ms. Skoblo spent her career in several senior executive positions in the financial and technology fields with CIBC, American Express and more recently, from 2016 to 2020, with Rogers Communications. She currently sits on several public, private and not-for profit boards.
A resident of Toronto, Ontario, Ms. Skoblo has broad experience in enterprise risk management and digital and information technology management. She has extensive knowledge of the regulatory, governance and compliance environment in Canada and the USA.
Recognized as an independent thinker, Ms. Skoblo has brought her strong leadership skills to large international corporations, with an in-depth understanding of current and emerging digital technologies. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the Schulich School of Business, York University. She is a Certified Information Technology Professional and a graduate from the Directors Education Program of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
