MONTRÉAL, Québec – May 9, 2019 (CNW) – LOGISTEC Corporation is pleased to announce that Mr. James C. Cherry, FCPA, FCA, has been appointed Chairman of its Board of Directors.
An independent director of LOGISTEC since 2011, he has been a member of its Audit Committee since 2012, and thereafter its Chair since 2014. He has also been a member of its Pension Committee and its Governance and Human Resources Committee.
Mr. Cherry is a renowned businessman with over 35 years of hands-on experience in general, project and financial management in the international aerospace, defence and rail sectors. He has held senior executive positions, namely with Bombardier, Oerlikon Aerospace, CAE, ALSTOM Canada, and lastly for 15 years at Aéroports de Montréal where, as CEO, he was instrumental in restoring Montréal as an international air hub. He also currently serves on the boards of Cogeco, Cogeco Communications and VOTI Detection.

Dany is widely recognized for her leadership and has expertise in ESG, international business, product and technology innovation, as well as M&A. She also currently serves on the board of Boralex.
