We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Receptionist - Part time PM at our Head Office in Montreal.
Under the supervision of the Advisor, Human Resources
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls (approximately 40 calls/day);
Greet visitors;
Prepare all couriers and mass mailing;
Receive and distribute mail;
Book and manage the reservations of conference rooms;
Maintain the reception area clean at all times;
Perform other administrative tasks for the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications
Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and spoken);
Good knowledge of Word and Excel and experience with the Allworx telephone system (asset);
Display professionalism, discretion and organization;
Have a good customer-oriented approach;
Ability to work with others effectively in a team;
Cheerful, dynamic and autonomous.
