Receptionist – Receptionist – Part time PM at our Head Office in Montreal

We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Receptionist - Part time PM at our Head Office in Montreal.

Under the supervision of the Advisor, Human Resources

Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls (approximately 40 calls/day);
• Greet visitors;
• Prepare all couriers and mass mailing;
• Receive and distribute mail;
• Book and manage the reservations of conference rooms;
• Maintain the reception area clean at all times;
• Perform other administrative tasks for the Human Resources Department.

Qualifications
• Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and spoken);
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel and experience with the Allworx telephone system (asset);
• Display professionalism, discretion and organization;
• Have a good customer-oriented approach;
• Ability to work with others effectively in a team;
• Cheerful, dynamic and autonomous.
